Registration Conditions For Co-Authors (Co-Presenters)
Notice: All the co-authors (co-presenter) will be given full access to all the sessions and the conference. IPRECON 2021 Organizing Committee will provide you with all the session links.
This registration is only for those co-authors (co-presenter) who wish to present the paper and acquire a presentation certificate.
Co-Authors (Co-Presenter) willing to acquire the Certificate of Presentation kindly follow these guidelines:
- This registration is only applicable to authors/co-authors who are willing to present the paper and avail a presentation certificate.
- This registration is valid only if the paper is already registered with a primary author.
- This co-author (co-presenter) can avail the presentation certificate only if he/she actively engages in the Q/A session after the video presentation of the paper.
- This payment for the co-author (co-presenter) registration is non-refundable.
- The co-author needs to attach the payment receipt of the primary registered author for that paper to complete the co-author (co-presenter) registration.
- After the co-author (co-presenter) registrations, the co-author needs to send a mail to [email protected] which should have the following documents are attached to it.
- Transaction Receipt of co-author (co-presenter) Registration
- Transaction Receipt of the primary registered author
- IEEE membership (if IEEE Member category is chosen)
- Student ID card (if Student category is chosen) - Validity of given ID should be till the year 2021
- Name of the primary registered author
- The IPRECON 2021 Organizing Committee will check all the details, validate and then acknowledge them back.
- The author/co-author (co-presenter) can present the paper either together or one author can present. But both authors need to attend the conference at the video presentation session and also actively engage in the Q/A sessions.
- If you are not satisfying any of the conditions mentioned above, IPRECON 2021 Organizing Committee has the right to hold the co-author’s (co-presenters) certificate of presentation and the registration will be invalid.
